About these terms
creativebracket.com is run by Creative Bracket Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11177168), whose registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Creative Bracket Ltd, and “you” means anyone using the site.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle personal data is explained separately in our privacy policy.
Using the site
The site is free to use. In return, please don't:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to harass anyone;
- send automated or bulk requests to the question box, or try to get around its limit of 10 questions an hour;
- try to make the AI produce harmful, offensive or misleading content, or to reveal or override its instructions;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or the services behind it;
- introduce viruses or other malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overload or damage the site;
- scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, including to train AI models.
We may block access, or change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, at any time and without notice. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
AI answers
At the bottom of the homepage you can describe what you're trying to solve. Your words are sent to an AI model run for us by DeepInfra, which drafts a short reply suggesting a service and a first step. If the model is unavailable, a simpler automatic match is shown instead. No person at Creative Bracket reads or checks the reply before you see it.
An AI answer is
- A quick, automatic first idea about which of our services might fit
- A starting point for a conversation with us
- Based only on the few words you typed
An AI answer is not
- Professional, legal, financial, technical or security advice
- A quote, price, timeline, proposal or offer
- A promise that we can or will take on the work
Please bear in mind
- It can be wrong. AI models can misunderstand a question, leave things out or state things that aren't true. Don't rely on a reply to make decisions. Check anything that matters with us, or with a qualified professional.
- It doesn't bind us. If a reply mentions a price, timescale or outcome, that isn't an offer and doesn't form a contract. Only a written proposal or agreement from us does.
- You're responsible for what you type. Don't enter personal details, passwords, confidential business information, or anything you don't have the right to share.
The box is there to help you find your way, not to replace talking to us. The reply has a button that opens an email to hello@creativebracket.com with your question filled in, so a person can pick it up.
Our services and courses
The site describes our AI consulting, web design and development, software development, and courses and workshops in general terms. It isn't an offer to supply any of them.
- Client work is carried out under a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, price and terms.
- Courses and workshops are sold under the terms shown when you book or buy, including any cancellation and refund rights.
If those terms conflict with these, those terms win for that work or course.
Our content
The site's text, design, graphics, code, and the Creative Bracket name and logo belong to us or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You're welcome to view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we're connected with you, without our written permission.
Links and the blog
Our blog is hosted by Hashnode at creativebracket.hashnode.dev, and old article links on creativebracket.com redirect there. Hashnode's site is run under Hashnode's own terms.
Other links to third-party sites are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they treat your data.
Our liability
The site and its AI answers are provided free and “as is”. The content is general information, and we don't guarantee it is accurate, complete or up to date.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
If you're using the site for business
To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties, and we won't be liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its AI answers, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
If you're a consumer
We only provide the site for domestic and private use. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features to the site. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and the version here when you use the site is the one that applies.
